Description

This Department is part of the Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Gadjah Mada, which intimately focuses on growing child, from birth to adolescence. It encompasses all aspect of the oral health care, based on basic knowledge from various odonatological, medical and behavior science that are applied to developing child. We provide oral care, starting from prevention in early childhood makes it possible to preserve sound erupting teeth in healthy condition and good alignment. It also implies early diagnosis and treatment of oral disease and condition found the child’s mouth, including caries, periodontal disease, mineralization disturbances, disturbances in tooth development and tooth eruption, traumatic injuries in otherwise healthy as well as sick and handicapped children.
